Work with me

Senior marketing leadership, sized for where you are.

Every engagement starts the same way: understanding what the business is trying to do, what is getting in the way, and where marketing can create real momentum.

Marketing Diagnostic

A focused look at your whole marketing system: audience, positioning, offers, customer journey, channels, and team. You get a clear read on what is working, what is disconnected, and the three things worth doing next.

  • Discovery session with you and your leadership team
  • Review of brand, website, content, events, and sales handoffs
  • A written diagnostic: what to keep, what to stop, what to start
  • A 90-day priorities recommendation

Best for: Organizations that want clarity before they commit to anything bigger.

The core engagement

Fractional CMO

Strategic marketing leadership, about two days a week, embedded with your team. The first 90 days follow a clear path: diagnose and clarify, build the strategy, launch and refine. After that, a quarterly cadence keeps it moving.

  • A seat at the leadership table for marketing decisions
  • Positioning, messaging, and audience strategy
  • Campaign, content, partnership, and event strategy
  • Direction for your in-house team or agency
  • Systems and metrics so the strategy does not live in one person's head

Best for: Growing organizations ($2M–$15M) that need senior marketing leadership, not another executor.

Specialty

Events & Tradeshow Strategy

You're going to the show anyway. Let's make it worth it. A strategy for before, during, and after the event so the booth, the conversations, and the follow-up all point at the same goal.

  • Event goals tied to pipeline, partnerships, or community
  • Pre-show outreach and meeting plan
  • On-site experience, story, and team playbook
  • Post-show follow-up system and measurement

Best for: Brands with a big show, launch, or partnership moment coming up.

The first 90 days

Diagnose. Build. Get it moving.

I work as your fractional CMO about two days a week. Not another pair of hands for the marketing team. The strategic leadership it's been missing.

  1. 1

    Weeks 1–4

    Diagnose + Clarify

I get inside the business: audience, positioning, offers, customer journey, current marketing, channels, team, and goals. We find what's working, what's disconnected, and where the biggest opportunities are.

  2. 2

    Weeks 5–8

    Build the Strategy

We turn those insights into a focused marketing strategy: clear priorities, positioning and messaging, audience strategy, campaigns, partnerships, and a roadmap tied to the growth goals you actually have.

  3. 3

    Weeks 9–12

    Launch + Refine

We put the strategy into motion. I work alongside your team to launch the highest-priority initiatives, set up the right systems and metrics, and build a sustainable cadence for testing and learning.

Then, every quarter

Prioritize → Test → Measure → Learn → Refine. I stay in the seat as your strategic marketing partner: helping leadership make decisions, guiding the team, and spotting the next opportunity.

Who this isn't for

Let's save us both a call. I'm probably not the right fit if:

  • You just need someone to post on social media.
  • You want a cheap pair of hands.
  • The business hasn't figured out what it sells or who it serves yet.
  • You want a strategy deck and then plan to figure out the rest yourself.
  • You're not willing to question what's already being done.
  • You want your marketing to look exactly like everyone else's.

I'm for organizations that already have something worth building and are ready to get intentional about what's next.

Things people ask

“We already have a marketing team.”
Perfect. I'm not replacing them. I give them strategic direction and help connect the pieces.
“We have an agency.”
Great. You probably don't need another vendor. You may need someone on your side of the table who can decide what the agency should actually be doing.
“Aren't we too small for a CMO?”
That's exactly where fractional leadership makes sense. You get senior-level strategy without adding a full-time executive.
“Can't we just hire someone to do the marketing?”
Yes, if the problem is execution. If the problem is knowing what to execute, why, for whom, and how it all connects, another executor won't solve it.

Not sure which one fits?

Start with a conversation. I'll tell you honestly what I'd do in your seat.
